Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return: sale items, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@jujucouture.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
